What’s It To You?
Do you have ideas skipping around in your head that just really aren’t serving you? Let me be clear on what I am trying to say here. You see we walk around every day in our life constantly worrying about what that peron in the distance is staring at us for, or the guy standing next to you–you think hes talking about you, or how about at that social gathering and you want to talk to someone but you’re creating all these made up stories insiude your own head to create a story that doesn’t even exist. Its like your dancing around in your head making up so much bullsh&* that isn’t reality. however, your ego gets in the way and makes you start believing your own stories. And let me tell you that it is YOU that takes you out of the game and these can also be the times of missed opportunities. So what is it to you to care so much what others are thinking, or talking about you or saying about you. Really what is it of your business to worry about what these people are saying. It shouldn’t matter. If it does, you have to recognize and thank it and throw it away. It reminds me of an old ancient hawaiian tradition called the Ho’Ponopono method. When a negative thought or something pops into your mind you recognize it and say the following::
Thank you. Im sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. These have literally changed my life. They have enabled me to reprogram my hard drive of the mind and let me tell you it is incredibly beautiful & powerful. SO that’s it for a short post today! My brain is overloaded at this Business School!
